David B. Pieper, a registered patent attorney, earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University in 1989 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas in 1998.  Mr. Pieper formerly practiced in Tulsa, OK and Nashville, TN, and focuses his practice on patent prosecution and litigation in the fields of business methods, electrical circuits, and mechanical designs.  His experience includes five years of marketing and product design and the successful acquisition of patent protection for a variety of intellectual property assets.
