Meredith K. Lowry’s practice concentrates on commercial litigation and intellectual property matters, as well as the preparation, prosecution, and acquisition of patents, trademarks, and copyrights. She has assisted clients with domain name disputes, International Trade Commission proceedings, trademark oppositions, and patent, trademark, and copyright infringement actions.  Ms. Lowry received her law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas with an emphasis in biological sciences.  She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the state of Arkansas, before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
