Christian Gunn is a
Fayetteville
native who graduated form the
University
of
Arkansas
in 2000 with a B.S.B.A. in Marketing Management. In 2003, she received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While in law school, she served as the President of Phi Delta Phi, Secretary of the Board of Advocates and Vice-President of the Environmental Law Society. Ms. Gunn also spent a summer studying law abroad at Downing College of Cambridge University in
Cambridge,
U.K.
Her practice is focused on trademark preparation, prosecution, litigation, licensing, and general business advice to clients. She has handled various intellectual property disputes, including trademark cancellation and opposition proceedings.
Ms. Gunn is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Washington County Bar Association and the W.B. Putman Inn of Court. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of
Arkansas.
